The staff at the Outdoor Education Center is made up of a professional team that includes on-site and Houston administration, certified teachers, a nurse, and program leaders. Staff members come from all over the United States and have a variety of backgrounds and interests that compliment our program. Each member is carefully screened to assure a high quality and a commitment to children and educational excellence.
All meals and snacks are provided for our students, along with sheets and towels. Here is a list of items that students should bring: toothbrush and toothpaste; comb or brush; rainwear; three changes of clothes suitable for outdoor wear; three changes of underclothes and socks; closed-toed shoes; jacket; sleepwear; flashlight (optional); pillow (optional). Do not bring: radios; candy; gum; food; money; knives; or toys.
Pack all gear in a pillowcase, put the pillowcase in a plastic bag to weather-proof it.
