The Outdoor Education Center at Camp Cullen is located on the northern shores of Lake Livingston in Deep East Texas. Over 520 acres of piney woods are laced with creeks and trails. Our staff includes 20 teachers and program leaders who look forward to sharing this beautiful site with Houston students.
Riding horses and using canoes are part of the experiential learning that students enjoy while attending our program.
Cabins are air conditioned and heated. Our kitchen staff is excellent, the food is even better.
The nearest town is Trinity, population 2,500. The nearest city is Huntsville, about 30 miles away with a population of about 35,000.
Our service area is Houston, about 90 miles to the south.
